My goal is that one day this site will be a book - a very large book indeed! Unfortunately, one possible outcome for global warming is that we won't have the internet at all. Therefore, I have used simple black and white line drawings because they are easier to reproduce and for people to print off on domestic black and white printers. If you include images, please ensure they are around 100 dpi and are only about 40kb in size.
